The YMCA is proud to be the official local charity for the Color Run on Saturday October 17, 2015. The Color Run is a 5k, untimed race that will take place at the Webster Bank Arena. This event promotes health and happiness, in which participants are doused from head to toe in different colors at each kilometer. There are only two rules which are easy to follow, 1. Wear white at the starting line 2. Have fun. There will be music, dancing, stretching, and giveaways. Volunteering is free!

This is a great opportunity for those seeking volunteers hours, and are interested in having a good day with community members of Bridgeport. Link to volunteer:   http://www.eventbrite.com/e/volunteer-bridgeport-registration-17941799405?aff=BridgeportYMCA
