Philosophy Committee

WIN A FREE T-SHIRT! 

The Philosophy Committee is having its 1st Annual T-shirt Design Contest! Open to Students and Faculty. Contest winner will receive a free T-shirt with their design on it! In addition, the winning design will be produced and sold throughout the year to UBCNM students and faculty. All profits from T-shirt sales will be reinvested into Philosophy Committee events which brings Naturopathic Medical philosophy to the forefront of our practice in fun and engaging ways.

Deadline is October 30th

Connecticut Food Bank

October 19th

Bus will leave UB at 12:30 p.m. and return by 3:30 p.m.

4:30 p.m.  Rethinking the Monster.  Necessary Voices will host a lecture by Dr. Aaron Perkus, Deputy Provost of the University of Bridgeport, entitled "Rethinking the Monster in Modern Literary Adaptation." In it, he will reveal how the notion of monsters--an idea birthed in ancient myth by the forces of fear and desire--has taken on a new life in the twenty-first-century imagination.  This lecture is open to the whole UB communityMandeville Hall, Room 104.  Sponsored by Necessary Voices.
