Winter Intersession Classes

For the first time ever, UB will be offering Winter Intersession classes! Registration will begin on October 30th.  Meet with your academic advisor if you’re interested to see what classes are being offered.

 

Philosophy Committee

WIN A FREE T-SHIRT! 

The Philosophy Committee is having its 1st Annual T-shirt Design Contest! Open to Students and Faculty. Contest winner will receive a free T-shirt with their design on it! In addition, the winning design will be produced and sold throughout the year to UBCNM students and faculty. All profits from T-shirt sales will be reinvested into Philosophy Committee events which brings Naturopathic Medical philosophy to the forefront of our practice in fun and engaging ways.

12:20 p.m. – 1:20 p.m. Math Club Presentation: "About Analyzing Fluorescence Decays: A Study in Exponential Fitting". Dr. Romano will be presenting a research talk over the data analysis of fitting time-resolved fluorescence decay spectra with exponential functions and the equipment used to perform this task.  It also will touch upon the different types of fluorescence decay spectra that can be measured at the picosecond timescale.
